"Golden Moment"

I was delighted to capture this shot of childhood innocence and complete unconditional love between my Grandaughter Camryn, and her loyal sidekick, Brandy Rose. Concerned for her safety, much more than her own, Camryn decided Brandy needed to wear the floaties and ring for their dip in the family pool. Just look at the expression on Brandy's face as Camryn intently prepares her, and you can almost read her mind "Ok kid I will wear these silly looking things if it makes YOU feel better, but just what part of WEBBED feet don't you understand???" Since this photo, the two girls now 6 and 7 years old have enjoyed many a refreshing dip in the pool (and Lake) together, and BOTH are accomplished swimmers without floatation aids of any kind:>) However, this precious photo speaks of the loving bond between dogs and their little people, especially the family perfect Golden Retriever. Hopefully these two beautiful girls will continue making their own GOLDEN MOMENTS for a long time to come. Brandy Rose was sired by Lakeshores Mr Mulligan and is out of Lakeshores Princess Bailey of the Lakeshore Kennel in Western NY. Not a show dog but definitely a winner in the hearts of all who know and love her.
